The Iberian subsidiary has a staff of over 2000 employees, a strong presence throughout the territory and a robust business model backed by the financial strength of the head Group and its powerful know-how and technology.
To manage all the Talent and Culture areas of the Spanish subsidiary, we are searching for a talented executive who can prove a solid track record managing the entire Talent cycle (attraction, training, development, culture, performance management, employee experience, diversity, engagement, ...) in a large company, with a strong leadership capacity, creativity, a differential vision and a strong drive to take advantage of the maximum potential of talent and turn the company into a true benchmark for its human capital.
Reporting to the Corporate Human Resources Managing Director, the TL&C Director will lead a team headed by expert executives for each discipline and a powerful endowment of technical resources and tools.
The profile of the Director of Talent, Learning and Culture
Such responsibility in a large and highly reputed multinational company like our Client, requires proven solid talent in the management of the soft and cultural areas of the field of Human Resources.
• +15 years of experience in Human Resources in large multinational environments, with solid management experience in all required areas: Talent Attraction, Learning, Development, Employee Experience, Performance Management, Diversity and Culture.
• Higher university degree with a postgraduate degree in Human Resources Management, MBA or similar.
• Full command of English and Spanish is a must
• Excellent leadership, change management, consulting and influence skills.
• Strategic/Analytical skills combined with strong focus on action.
• Advanced interpersonal skills, ability to communicate effectively.
• Ability to collaborate with HR Business Partners and line leaders internally.
• Ability to work both collaboratively as a team across various functions and work independently .
• Ability to manage multiple projects to ensure on-time delivery and quality using both internal and external resources.
• Superb interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
Responsibilities of the Director of Talent, Learning and Culture
As the main head of the Talent, Learning & Culture initiatives, you will be the key point of reference for management when it comes to designing and deploying the Talent strategy and initiatives in all areas and throughout the entire life cycle of people in the company.
Your main responsibilities are:
Strategy:
· Define and implement the Talent, Learning & Culture strategy and roadmap with programs to support evolving organizational requirements. The goals of these programs include succesful and effective candidate attraction and hiring, valuable learning and suistainable people development, enhancing the effectiveness of leaders, individuals and teams, increasing organizational capacity, and accelerating business progress on strategic initiatives.
Talent Attraction:
- Define and deploy the EVP with her/his direct team and the contributions of the management team, and implement a succesful employer brand and the plan for attracting best talent and retaining key people in the organization.
- Lead the workforce planning process through the organization.
- Assure the required talent pipeline.
- Design, with the Talent Acquisition Manager, the talent attraction and recruitment plan, including processes, practices and tolos.
Learning and Development:
- Lead the development of learning roadmaps that align with role progression across the organization according to current and future needs.
- Lead the build and execution of leadership development programs including top talent, emerging leaders, new managers, tenured managers, and executive professional development
- Partner with the onboarding team to ensure new hires are hitting the ground running and are having an outstanding experience
Evaluation and Measurement:
- Works closely with business leaders to identify gaps in productivity, and performance and recommends targeted business solutions to build individual and team competence
- Develops measures and processes to continually assess the transfer of knowledge and training/program effectiveness.
- Defines and deploys performance management systems and supervise the appropiate use and compliance of the established processes and action plans.
Culture/Diversity:
- Lead the development of a growth mindset and learning culture that's the hallmark of a fast-paced organization
- Incorporate Diversity into all aspects of talent management, from talent review to promotions, to succession planning, to building bench, etc.
Tools and Systems:
- Assist in the selection and management of the HRIS system as well as the ATS platform.
- Streamline multiple learning platforms to ensure optional learner experience and accessibility
